Terms and Conditions
The Your Business Success Business Improvement Program is designed to get results for you and your business. In order to help you get the most out of your investment, the following terms and conditions outline how the program should be used, the terms of our free business coaching certificates and the terms of our money back guarantee.
Coaching Certificates
We are proud to be able to make this program available at a fraction of the cost of typical business coaching programs. The YBS Program is essentially a self study program with Business Coaching support if/when required. We recommend you take a medium (3 to 6 months) to long term (1 year +) approach to improving all key areas of your business.Your expectations need to be realistic; there are no 'magic wands' when it comes to business. Building a successful business takes time, persistence and patience. The responsibility for using the program and implementing strategies and solutions rests with you.
Free business coaching certificates are provided so that you can cost effectively have direct contact with an entrepreneur / coach. Your Business Coach will help prioritise key business challenges, direct you to relevant video case studies and workbook activities, discuss possible solutions with you and help you resolve issues as they arise. The terms for these certificates are as follows:
You will have a designated business coach who you can call (1800 632 907) or email directly. The YBS Program is a self paced program that allows you the flexibility to progress in any way you wish. Business Coaching sessions are not compulsory. They are there to support you if/when you require assistance. Your Business Coach will not automatically book you in for business coaching session unless you request one. It is up to you to book in sessions and it is up to you to determine the agenda for these sessions. You will receive emails from us to remind you that we are available to help but it is your responsibility to schedule appointments when you require them. Please provide 3-5 working days notice of an appointment.
To ensure the cost of the Your Business Program is within reach for many small to medium business owners, all coaching sessions are telephone based. In some cases, a coach and client may agree that a coaching session be held face to face however this is at the discretion of the coach and depends on availability, location and nature of the session.
Certificates can only be used in the “Coaching Month” specified on the certificate and expire at the end of that month.
Each session is maximum 60 minutes and this includes any reading, research or preparation you ask the coach to conduct. Your coach will advise you how much time they will require to go through materials that you provide.
Unused time cannot be carried over and lost or expired certificates cannot be reissued.
In order to ensure that we can provide the best service possible to a wide range of clients, only one reschedule is allowed per certificate and bookings are subject to coach availability. In other words you can reschedule your appointment for a given month once but further reschedules will involve using another certificate.
When your certificates are used or expired, you can purchase further time with your business coach if you require. If you are at this stage, please request a quote from us.

Our guarantee is provided in good faith to help you get results and states that:
If within 30 days of purchasing the Your Business Success program we have not been able to achieve a positive result for a client or their business, we will give that client their money back. Please read the terms and conditions below.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Getting results requires both parties to actively participate and this means noting the following:
In order to help you we will need you to spend time discussing your business with your designated business coach. As part of your program you will be given at least one free telephone or face to face coaching session and/or a Getting Started Call and/or a series of monthly coaching certificates as above. These sessions allows us to direct your activities appropriately and failure to participate in monthly sessions will void your guarantee.
The Your Business Success program is designed for busy business owners and is not regimented. During your initial discussion your business coach will make recommendations on how best to interact with the program materials to get started on solving your issues. By engaging in the program you agree that spending time watching case studies, using workbooks, doing financial models or other exercises and interacting with us is an important part of the overall process of achieving results.
There are no provisions for cancelling or postponing your program simply because your circumstances have changed or if you change your mind. Your coach may agree on a case by case basis to make other arrangements with you in special situations.
Refunds under our guarantee
Where within 30 days of a purchase we believe that getting a result for you or your business is unlikely i.e. there are issues where the YBS Program or our business coaches cannot give some guidance towards a solution, we will refund your investment less a basic administration fee. We will send you a notice in writing to approve your return.
The next step is for you to return your products and materials to us within 7 days. We accept that some of the workbooks may be written in however the folders and DVDs must be returned in a satisfactory condition.
All product should be sent along with a copy of the notice in writing above permitting the return of goods to:

Please note that any goods not arriving with the written notice that we have provided within 7 days or goods that are not in a satisfactory condition will be returned to the client and will not be refunded.
Refund Administration Fees
Where a refund has been agreed by us you will be charged a refund administration fee of 5% of the total value of the products and services purchased.
A cheque will be issued for all amounts paid less the refund administration fee to the person or entity that originally purchased the product to the amount of the original sale less the administration fee above.
Other fees: Where items are not received in a satisfactory condition we may under some circumstances agree to a refund however you will be charged for our costs to reproduce damaged product.
