The Your Business Success Business Coaching Program has been created by three individuals who have created wealth themselves through running small to medium businesses.

Our directors have a very broad spectrum of experience in business and have developed the skills required to impart their knowledge to other business owners. Our mission is to assist other business owners to reap the rewards of small business ownership as we have and we do so all over Australia. See below for more details of our board.

Andrew Vincent, Director and Business Coach

Andrew is the creator and Executive Producer of the original TV series, Your Business Success. Andrew led the Your Business Success show through twelve series and with four years on Channel 9 under its belt, Your Business Success is Australia's longest-running reality TV show for growing businesses.

Andrew is regularly asked to speak about his own experience in business, what he learnt from interviewing over 120 of Australia's leading entrepreneurs and planning over 100 business makeovers for the television series. His presentation 'How to build an Entrepreneurs Mindset for Success' and 'Business Success Secrets from Australia's Best' are inspirational and include practical business advice any business owner could implement.

Owen Joyce, Director and Business Coach

Owen was the founder and Asia Pacific Managing Director of a successful eLearning business called SelfCert. SelfCert (founded in 2000) was the exclusive reseller of Skillsoft products in the region and became very successful over a 4 year period. The business was eventually sold in 2004 to SEEK Ltd. and formed the foundation of the business known today as SEEK Learning.

With this experience starting, building and selling a successful business, Owen began advising other business owners as a business coach in 2005. Since then, he has taken a very hands-on approach to help many business owners create lasting, positive results for their businesses.

His philosophy is simple: a business should be in a saleable condition, whether you intend to sell it or not. A business that is ready for sale is operating efficiently, has happy staff and customers, has good prospects for growth and is making good money for its owners.

Peter Baron, Director

Peter is an active member of the Design Institute of Australia and assessor for Standards Australia. Peter is the inventor of choice to speak on behalf of IP Australia regarding patents, trademarks and design registrations. Peter has won numerous accolades in the field of Industrial Design. These range from systems in showcases, lighting, workstations, exhibitions, motorway lighting systems and a multi award winning beverage delivery device, the “Sipahh” Straw (the straw that flavours ordinary milk on the way through). Peter is an active director in the Your Business Success business and brings a wealth of knowledge to the program.
